How use Instagram for a new product to drive high sales

Here are some suggestions based on the amount of time and/or money you wish to invest in Instagram:

Have a Dream 100 list of Influencers who are paying attention to your target customers. I favor Micro-Influencers that receive a lot of comments from their audience instead of likes. If funds allow, send a sample of your product to each of the 100 people with a handwritten note.

Engage with your Dream 100 followers’ audience. Many will follow you if you have genuine talks with them.

Take your audience on a trip via your trials and triumphs. Because Instagram is a narrative-based platform, tell your tale and capture the highs and lows using posts, stories, and IGTV.

Make certain you’re using the appropriate hashtags. Because you only have 30 minutes, I propose using a step-by-step approach:

  • 10 hashtags with 25,000 to 250,000 posts
  • 10 Hashtags with Between 250,000 and One Million Posts
  • 10 hashtags with a million or more posts
  • They’ll be saved in the free app. Hashtag: MyHashtag (awesome app)
  • Create a few different versions of this to see which one works best.

Daily, engage with the top posts from the top ten hashtags with 25,000 to 250,000 posts. They’re more inclined to respond to you and stick with you.

Use Instagram Stories to promote your business. When compared to Facebook, this space is still inexpensive and attracts a lot of attention. Make sure you have interesting short video with strong call-to-actions (calls to action). I propose looking at the major competitors in your space to see how they run advertising and which ones are successful against which ones are failures.
